Founder and Managing Consultant
HR Consulting - Greater China
Prior to establishing Telescope Consulting Company, Alex served as Head of Human Resources and held various senior positions in leading US, European, Hong Kong and Singaporean listed companies, encompassing public utilities, wholesale and retail, manufacturing, E-business and mass media industries.
He has a wealth of work experience in Mainland China, and developed solid PRC network ranging from 1st tier to 3rd tier cities.
Alex's core expertise features alignment of HR strategies with business directives, organization development (build and transform of HR infrastructure), talents RED (recruitment, engagement and development), performance management, compensation and benefits strategy and succession planning etc
Alex is a certified DDI trainer and has been the guest speaker for IHRM, various institutions and trade organizations across the border.
He is also a certified psychometric assessment consultant in DISC and MBTI.
Alex completed Business NLP Practitioner Program jointly organized by IIPNLP (國際身心語言專業進修學院) and Hong Kong Productivity Council and NLP Master Practitioner Program jointly organized by the US NLP University, IIPNLP and Hong Kong Productivity Council. He is now also actively acting as Business NLP Coach and NLP Trainer.
Benny Huang - Principal Partner
Benny has over 18 years of working experience in Human Resources Management, with a number of well-known Hong Kong, US and European multinational companies in the fields of medical devices, plastics, machinery, chemicals, garment and apparel and real estates etc.
Benny is in possession of strong communication skills in both English and Chinese. He is well versed with the operations of Hong Kong, European and US multinational companies and understands well the cultural difference between East and West.
Benny is a veteran HR professional, in particular, in the respect of strategic Human Resources development planning and talents acquisition.
Benny previously worked in a well-known European multinational company as HR Manager - Asia. Prior to joining Telescope, Benny is one of the founders of MATCHING Executive Search Consulting Ltd (www.matchingexec.com) based in Dongguan region. He mainly takes charge of Executive and Talents Search assignments in the Mainland China.
Deric Chow - Senior Consultant
With 20 years’ of training and consulting experience, Deric has been delivering services for over 40 local and global corporations from Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, India, Japan, South Korea, Australia, the US, the UK and Zurich from different industries namely banking, insurance, healthcare, government and NGO, pharmaceutical, transportation, semi-conductors, mobile and communications, food and beverages, hotels and airlines etc.
Deric’s core competences in T&D are in the following arena:- talent & leadership development; management development; building high performing teams; consultative selling skills and Train-the-trainers.

Hardy is an experienced consultant, a UK certified International Trainer, with a Master degree in Business and Administration, providing consultancy, presentation skills, media handling skills, negotiation skills training to a large number of corporate clients such as SINOPEC, CHALCO, AT&T, China Travel Service (HK), Hitachi Data System, Hong Kong Police, China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation etc.
Hardy also conducts customized initial public offering (IPO) packages for a variety of listed companies. Hardy also has rich experience providing one-on-one coaching to senior management of multi-national corporations and listed companies in Hong Kong.
Before embarking his consulting career, Hardy was Manager, Hong Kong & Macau of an international programme owned by International Hotel and Restaurant Association. He provided training support and advice to the Asia Region including the PRC, Taiwan, Philippines, Malaysia and India.
Hardy was an educational instructor in the British Army in the Hong Kong Garrison. During his 10 years of military service, Hardy acted as an instructor and was responsible for developing and delivering different types of programs and courses to officers and other ranks.
After leaving the British Army, he joined Hong Kong Tourist Association and worked in the Membership Department in its training section where he coordinated and facilitated tour coordinator courses, sales supervisory courses and restaurant supervisory courses etc. During the period, he also became a certified trainer of Super Host, another international programme originated from Canada.
Anthony Kan - Experiential Trainer
Anthony has over 10 years experience in leadership development, change management, corporate culture, employee engagement and mindset change initiatives.
He has conducted many diversified management training and soft skill training programs include leadership, coaching and facilitation, mindset change, performance management, career development and process improvement, both in-house and consultancy in the Greater China region.

Mr. Frankie Leung has nearly 10 years of experience in training and development, during which he has delivered a variety of training programs for thousands of participants. In 2008, Frankie co-authored a Chinese book entitled 《培訓：由零開始》“Training: Starting from Zero.” The book is intended as a useful reference for people who are interested in training as a profession, new trainers and or managers of training programs.
Frankie is fully committed to the development of human capacity, in particular that of young people or beginning workers (e.g., Generation Y). To that end, he has developed a series of training programs that draw on the relevant research findings for this group of people. These programs aim at strengthening the participants’ self-concept and motivation, providing for them an effective conceptual framework for self-management, and promoting their problem-solving skills along with improved self-efficacy.

Pony is a seasoned training consultant specializing in the field of communication and leadership development. In Greater China region and other Asian countries.
Pony works with small groups and one-on-one with middle level management to senior executives to enhance their communication and management effectiveness. Her experience includes working with a wide range of organizations in different industries such as Information Technology, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Financial Services, Trading and Educational Institutions. Her interactive, fun-filled and amicable facilitation approach is well received by her clients.
Before embarking on her career as a consultant, Pony had over 15 years of business and marketing experience with Reader’s Digest where her portfolio covered a wide range of Asian countries including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, India and Thailand.
As the Regional Marketing Director for Reader's Digest, Pony was responsible for strategic planning, market expansion and new business development in Asia. In this role, she led a team of 50 staff comprising of sales and marketing, creative and promotion, books editorial, research and database analysis etc.
During her time with Reader’s Digest, Pony also served as General Manager of Reader’s Digest Taiwan responsible for business expansion, staff development, team building and operation.
Pony owns a Bachelor degree of Social Sciences from the University of Hong Kong and completed her Master of Business Administration degree at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Besides, Pony is accredited in MBTI and DISC, and is a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Pony has also completed the Professional Corporate Coach Certification Program awarded by Progress-U.

Elizabeth has extensive experience in retail management, store operations and staff training. In the capacity of the store manager of ThreeSixty, the largest local organics supermarket in Hong Kong, she led her team participate the Service & Courtesy Award by Hong Kong Retail Management Association and won the category winner.
During the period of service at DFS Group (Duty Free), Elizabeth managed 5 luxury fashion brands and also actively involved in front-line staff training activities.
Since 2008, Elizabeth changed into a freelance trainer at (IBDS) Institute of Business Development Services, Hong Kong Productivity Council and City & Guilds etc. The programs she delivered encompassed customer service, store operations management, retail service, product management strategies, organic natural food and beauty products trainings etc.
Elizabeth holds a bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science and Statistics, Advanced Diploma in Retail Management as well as Advanced Diploma in Professional Training and Accreditation - City & Guilds (UK).
Ms. Joey Lee is a veteran professional in sales, customer service, people development, operation and logistics management. She is also an expert at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of corporate management in the areas of corporate governance, management training, sales and marketing, customer services, process design and revamp in industrial and commercial faculties. In the past few years, Joey actively participated in retail consulting and sales operations revamp projects for enterprises in Hong Kong, China and South East Asia with notable business results, including telecommunications, fashions, leathers, watch and optical industries.
With 20 years sales and services management experience of retail sector in different industries, Joey held senior management positions in large scale listed conglomerates in Hong Kong, China & South East Asia. The core expertise covers sales and customer service management, process management, quality assurance, staff training and development, in retail/ franchise business and call centre. A number of awards, such as Industry Service Leader and Service Category Leader of Electronic and Electrical Category of Mystery Shopper Program, Hong Kong Service and Courtesy Award, Hong Kong Award for Service - Customer Service Award, DSA, Hong Kong Q-mark Service, were received and have attained widespread recognition during her services period.
Joey holds Master Degree of Business Administration, Master Degree of Management in Logistics Operations from Macquarie University, Australia, a Certified Registered Quality Professional and China Internal Trainer Qualification.
