Prime Job Responsibilities :


  • Report to and assist the Vice President
  • Human Resources who has decades of experience in factories in China (confidential: the right candidate is expected to take over from the Vice President
  • Human Resources in a few years upon his retirement to head the HR function and reports to the CEO);


  • The candidate will lead a team of Cheap Rolex Replica staff at the head office and at factory sites in the execution of HR functions.


Key Personnel Requirements : Essential requirements:



  1. Bachelor or above qualification in human rolex replica watches uk resources management or similar disciplines from recognized university or institute;


  2. Knowledgeable and experience in China labor laws, regulations and transactions;


  3. Knowledge and experience in international and local HR concepts and methodology;


  4. More than 10 years HR management experience with solid experience in organization with large number of employees;


  5. China factory experience is a must and relevant overseas experience would be an advantage;


  6. Overall exposure in all major aspects of HR management including strategy setting,  HR administration, staff motivation, recruitment, training and HR restructuring;


  7. Ability to develop suitable HR strategies, policies and practices for the Group and to lead the implementation of these strategies and Cheap Rolex Replica plans;


  8. Ability in crisis handling and relevant policy setting;


  9. Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English and familiar with China labour documentations;


  10. Ability to present written and oral reports in English and Putonghua;


Ability to deal with worker unions, local labour bureaus and other relevant government officials;
Salary : RMB 45K - 55K
